We will be launching Virtual Video Marriage Events soon where you will be able to participant simply by using your Smart Phone, or other Smart Devices such as Tablet, or PC/Laptop. These Events will run remotely, a similar experience to a Zoom or Google Meets Video Event/ Meeting.​

How the Event will work:

After Participants purchase their ticket to our Virtual Marriage Event a confirmation email will be sent.

 

Participants will then be sent a "Profile Update" email reminder the day before the event. This email is a reminder to fill in your Profile sections "About Me" and "About My Match" prior to the Event if you haven't already done so. This section is not compulsory however doing so may significantly improve your matching and event experience.

 

On the day of the event shortly before the event start time the "Event Link" email will be sent out to everyone. Use this link to access the event. Please join the Event 10-15 minutes prior to the start time to avoid lateness or any technical issues. Once the "Event Link" is clicked you will enter the "Lobby" ready for the Event to begin. At the Event start time the Host will introduce themselves, explaining the rules, and then the Event will begin.

Please make sure you have good WIFI connection and have your smart phone, tablet, or PC/laptop fully charged ready to participate before the Event begins. Please do not use a webcam or similar external device to participate. A reasonably new smart phone, tablet or PC/laptop will be okay, like the type of devices that work on Zoom or Google Meets.

Please join the Event promptly, ideally 10-15 minutes before the Event start time. The Event will need to go ahead at it's exact start time. We do not offer refunds in general and latecomers will strictly not be refunded. The process of joining and participating is simple however in the rare circumstance where a participant experiences genuine technical issues for peace of mind entry to the next available Virtual Event will be considered.

Each round will automatically connect you to the best possible Participant Match available based on Profiles and our Algorithm. At the end of each round you will have a choice to select "Match" for each participant or leave blank. If you are unsure during the event that's okay there will be time to make selections after the Event finishes. At the end of the Event everyone will return to the Lobby and the Host will thank all participants for taking part.

 

Once the Event finishes participants will have until midnight to make Match Selections. Match results will be published the following day and those who successfully mutually match will then be able to begin chatting. This feature can be accessed by going on our website and clicking the "Connect >" button (https://connect.thebigmuslimnetwork.com) top right of all our pages.​

Please make sure you do not attend any of our regular venues to participate in these Events as they are solely run via video.
