How long we keep information

Purchase and transaction information
We keep this information for 6 years from the date of the transaction.

Marketing information (names, contact details, marketing preferences, location data, purchase, booking or viewing history and related information)

We retain marketing information for as long as you remain subscribed to receive marketing communications, or until you withdraw your consent or object to receiving marketing where we rely on our legitimate interests. We will also periodically review our marketing records and may remove inactive contacts after a period of no interaction.

Website usage information (including cookies and user journeys)
We keep this information for up to 12 months.

Suppression records (information about individuals who have opted out of marketing)
We keep this information for as long as necessary to ensure we comply with your request not to receive marketing communications.

 

In some circumstances we may anonymise your personal information so that it can no longer be associated with you, in which case we may use that information without further notice to you.

We may also retain your personal information for a longer period where necessary to comply with legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
