1. Simply go on www.thebigmuslimnetwork.com and navigate to the Event Page then click on an event of your choice. 2. Once happy with your choice go ahead with the booking. 3. A prompt will appear requesting a few personal details before a ticket can be purchased. Go ahead and fill this in if you're happy to do so and purchase the ticket. 4. An email will then be sent with the ticket, date and venue details. 5. Please show the ticket to the event host via your mobile phone or a printed copy on the day of the event. 6. The host will then check you in and you're ready to participate in the event. 7. You must check in to be able to use the Matching & Messaging feature post event so please arrive promptly. Dress to impress! Be yourself, be relaxed, smile, it's your day to shine and enjoy! On arrival look for the host so they can check you in. Then have a seat or interact with other participants until the event starts. The host will then grab everyone's attention and explain the rules. The event will then commence and run as a structured halal speed dating style marriage event. Mahram's can join you table to table or can sit in the designated area with other mahram's during the event.Any question's on the day please feel free to ask the host and they will be happy to assist you Insha'Allah.

Here you can participate in the event and select matches.Alternatively you can follow the email links we send out to you.Once the event finishes you have until midnight on the same day to make match selections.Matches are published the next day and mutual matches can then use the "Chat" function at the bottom right to begin talking.If you need help, contact us and we’ll guide you.
A virtual marriage event is an online event you can join from home. You get the same structured experience without travelling. Once you book, you’ll receive the joining details and any instructions you need. Please make sure you have a good internet connection and device is ready with the battery fully charged before the event start time.
Tickets are non-refundable where cancellation is made by an attendee.If an event is postponed or rescheduled by us, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. If you cannot attend the new date, you will be entitled to a full refund.If an event is outright cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund of the ticket value. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.We accept no liability for any travel, accommodation, or incidental costs incurred as a result of an event cancellation or postponement.
